Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 5, 2026

Welcome to Razix ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our custom domain and proxy infrastructure (the "Service"), you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Razix provides high-performance, reverse proxy infrastructure that enables you to map custom domains to underlying target applications, complete with automated SSL certificate provisioning and edge routing.

We act strictly as an intermediary infrastructure provider. We do not host, control, or take ownership of the underlying content served by your target applications.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.

Razix employs institutional-grade security measures (including cryptographically hashed passwords and isolated environments), but we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access resulting from compromised Customer credentials.

3. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

Razix requires a valid payment method to use the Service. All payments, subscriptions, and applicable taxes are processed securely through our authorized Merchant of Record, Polar (polar.sh). By subscribing to Razix, you also agree to Polar's terms of service regarding payment processing.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Razix subscription at any time via the billing section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your services will remain fully active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • No Refunds: Razix operates on a strict no-refund policy. We do not provide refunds, prorated credits, or partial-month adjustments for unused time, downgraded plans, or cancelled accounts.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Because Razix routes public internet traffic to your applications, you must ensure that the domains and content you proxy comply with all applicable laws. You agree not to use Razix to proxy, route, or facilitate:

  • Malicious Activity: Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or executing denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
  • Deceptive Content: Hosting phishing pages, scams, or impersonating other entities.
  • Illegal Content: Any material that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
  • Network Abuse: Attempting to bypass, exploit, or overwhelm our edge proxy rate-limiting and DDoS mitigation systems.

Razix reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and sever routing for any domain found to be in violation of this AUP, without prior notice or refund.

5. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive to maintain maximum uptime through our distributed Docker container architecture on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). However, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operations.
  • Razix is not responsible for downtime caused by your underlying target applications, misconfigured DNS records on your end, or force majeure events.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Razix and its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to Razix during the three (3) months immediately preceding the incident.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, via an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
