Terms of Service

Effective Date — September 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "User") and Razix ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Razix platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Razix grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our unified multi-domain email platform to create mailboxes, manage DNS routing, and send and receive email correspondence in accordance with your chosen subscription plan.

2. Accounts & Domain Verification

  • Ownership Verification: You represent and warrant that you own or hold explicit authorization to configure DNS records (including MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) for any custom domain connected to the Service.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your connected mailboxes.

3. Subscription Plans, Billing & Metered Overages

  • Base Subscriptions: Base plan fees (Starter at $29/month, Pro at $79/month, Business at $199/month) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle via our billing partner, Polar.
  • Plan Quotas: Each plan includes fixed quotas for connected domains, mailboxes, inbound/outbound emails, storage, and download bandwidth.
  • Metered Overages: Usage exceeding the base plan allowances will not be interrupted but will be billed in arrears as metered overages at the following rates:
    • Extra Emails Sent: $0.0015 per email
    • Extra Emails Received: $0.0015 per email
    • Extra Storage: $0.25 per GB / month
    • Extra Download Bandwidth: $0.25 per GB
  • Strict No-Refund Policy: All subscription fees, plan renewals, and accrued metered overage charges are strictly non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds, credits, or fee adjustments for partial billing periods, unused quotas, or unused mailboxes.
  • Failed Payments: Failure to settle subscription charges or accrued overage balances may lead to immediate suspension of outbound sending capabilities and eventual account termination.

4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Compliance

You agree to comply fully with our standalone Acceptable Use Policy. You expressly agree NOT to use Razix to:

  • Transmit unsolicited bulk email (SPAM), purchased or scraped contact lists, or unverified cold outbound communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or applicable local legislation.
  • Conduct phishing, credential harvesting, spoofing, malware distribution, or impersonation.
  • Transmit communications resulting in bounce rates exceeding 2.0% or spam complaint rates exceeding 0.05%.
  • Threaten the reputation or deliverability of our IP pools and upstream infrastructure.

Right to Suspend: We reserve the right to immediately throttle, suspend, or terminate any mailbox, domain, or account that generates excessive bounce/complaint rates without prior notice or refund entitlement.

5. Service Availability & Email Deliverability

  • No Deliverability Guarantee: While Razix configures and validates industry-standard authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), we cannot guarantee 100% inbox placement, as inbox delivery is subject to domain reputation, content filtering, and recipient mailbox provider policies.
  • Uptime & Outages: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure disruptions, and upstream network outages do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Razix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or missed communications resulting from:

  • Delivery failures, transmission delays, or bounces of incoming/outgoing emails.
  • Inadvertent attachment deletion or database corruption.
  • Account suspension or throttling resulting from upstream provider enforcement or AUP violations.

Our total cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Razix during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the billing settings dashboard.
  • Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle. Any accrued metered overages incurred prior to cancellation will be billed to your payment method on file.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for material breaches of our Acceptable Use Policy without notice or refund.

8. Governing Law & Modifications

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
