Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
Effective Date — September 3, 2026
Razix is committed to maintaining the highest standards of email deliverability, sender reputation, and network integrity. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all outbound communications transmitted through our platform.
1. Mandatory 1-to-1 & Transactional Focus
Razix is designed and provisioned for authentic business correspondence, operational transactional emails, and direct 1-to-1 communications.
- Strictly Prohibited: Bulk marketing blasts, high-volume automated drip campaigns, affiliate marketing pitches, and purchased or scraped recipient lists.
- Permission Requirement: You must possess verifiable opt-in permission or an existing direct business relationship with every recipient you contact.
2. Reputation & Metric Thresholds
To protect our shared network infrastructure, all accounts must strictly adhere to the following delivery performance standards:
- Hard Bounce Rate: Must remain strictly below 2.0%.
- Spam Complaint Rate: Must remain strictly below 0.05% (less than 1 complaint per 2,000 sent messages).
- Accounts that breach these metrics will trigger an automatic security freeze on outbound sending pending review.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may never use Razix or connected custom domains to:
- Transmit deceptive headers, spoofed addresses, or forge Return-Path/MAIL FROM envelopes.
- Distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, phishing lures, or deceptive credential links.
- Send emails promoting illegal goods, predatory financial schemes, or non-compliant pharmaceutical distribution.
- Circumvent or bypass mailbox rate limits or automated suppression lists.
4. Automated Enforcement & Circuit Breakers
Razix implements real-time monitoring webhooks:
- Automatic Suppression: Any recipient address that yields a hard bounce or spam complaint is automatically blacklisted from future transmissions.
- Immediate Revocation: We reserve the right to instantly terminate or suspend any account found in violation of this AUP without refund or prior warning.
5. Reporting Abuse
If you suspect an email sent through Razix violates this policy, please report it immediately to legal@razix.com.
